Quality standards for the fluorplastic hoses of RFP and RFG series produced by UZM

All PTFE hoses RFP (fluoroplastic smooth hoses), RFG(fluoroplastic corrugated hoses) series produced by Ufa Factory of Metal Hoses are manufactured in strict accordance with the specifications of 224831-002-92820828-2016 developed by our designers. This allows us to maintain high quality standards and successfully compete with other products on the market.

Materials used in manufacture of PTFE hoses are tested before production; this allows to exclude the usage of low-quality raw materials and to reduce the defects rate. Only certified components are lent to a process-system.

The whole range of permits, allowing the usage and operation in the most difficult conditions, was obtained for RFP, RFG PTFE hoses, including certificates of conformity with GOST R, and a patent for a unique incorporation of fittings, allowing to increase reliability and service life of products.

100% testing allows to exclude the cases of supplying leaky products. The control is carried out in two directions: for strength and leak tightness.
