UZM's fluorplastic RF hoses fittings

Fitting is the end of PTFE hose serving to attach it to the parts embedded in the pipeline system.

Customer based on requirements of metal hose selecting the type of end fittings.  The most common type of end fitting (KA) for PTFE hose is union nut with different nipples. Flange connections, fittings, various fittings and PTFE tube lining to the flange are also used to prevent contact with aggressive media.

In addition to the type of end fittings, another parameter affects both the cost and the metal hose operation. This parameter is the material from which the end fittings are made.  Because PTFE hoses of RF series are often used in transportation of aggressive media, the most common material is 12X18H10T stainless steel and its varieties. End fittings of RF series can be made in accordance with standards (GOST, DIN, ANSI) or according to customer drawings. Our own lathe machines park allows executing fittings of any complexity, on condition of providing a full package of technical documentation.
