Tightness and strength testing

Ufa Factory of Metal Hoses on a contractual basis has the ability to test all types of hoses for tightness and strength.

Tightness testing of the hose is made by air in water, the main parameters are:

- Test pressure 0.4 - 25 ATM;

- Hose diameter 6 mm - 350 mm;

- Maximum hose length - 25 meters.

Strength testing is made by hydraulic method, the main parameters are:

- Test pressure 3 - 1000 ATM;

- Hose diameter 6 mm - 350 mm;

- Maximum hose length - 25 meters.

Hoses are cleaned, degreased and dried, after testing.

Hose testing is carried out using certified imported equipment, ensuring safety during operation. Certificates are issued, based on the results of tests. In agreement with the customer, we can provide with photos and video.
